BREAKING NEWS...My baby had her first concert hahaha 🙈🙈. I don't know if this is how all parents feel when their children are doing great things because the way I felt on that day is unexplainable. I think I went to cloud 9 and came back😄 #ProudMamaMoment

Just a little background story. So in Teni's school, they always do this annual Christmas concert where the kids from each classes will go to the stage and present Christmas songs with their teachers. Basically, it is similar to the end of year party that we do in Nigeria.

In Teni's case, I wasn't so sure she would do anything, I even thought she would have stage fright🤷🏽‍♀️. Although, her teachers told me they did some rehearsals but in my mind, I felt that what can a 1 year old baby do 🙈 (when your mum is a doubting Thomas, lol). Honestly, that day, she blew my mind away. I didn't even know she would be able to sing along with her teacher. Inshort, I wasn't expectant at all, I just went there with the mindset of supporting her but lo and behold, my baby girl surprised me above and beyond💃. Honestly, I think I was the HAPPIEST mum that day coupled with the fact that it was my birthday, my day was truly made😍. This was her first concert and she slayed it💃. I have always been a proud mum but that day I was a super proud mama. It actually took me few minutes to digest the whole process and stabilize😜. It was a very short programme btw and her class presented for only 5 minutes. But that 5 minutes felt like 1 hour in my eyes. It was so beautiful😍
