If you know me, you probably already know that I love a good adventure. Give me a road trip, a beautiful view, a family-friendly attraction, a little hidden gem, or somewhere new to explore with my family, and I’m there. 😂
Over the years, we’ve collected so many memories from our little adventures, and somewhere along the way, I realized that I didn’t just enjoy experiencing these places. I also really enjoyed sharing them and helping other families discover them too.
And that is exactly what Adventures with Wems is all about.
It’s a space for families looking for ideas and inspiration for their next adventure.
Sometimes that might mean packing up the car for a road trip. Other times, it could be finding a new family-friendly attraction, heading out for a hike, discovering somewhere beautiful close to home, or planning a bigger family vacation.
Because I truly believe you don’t always have to travel far or spend a fortune to create beautiful memories together.
Some of our favourite adventures have come from simply deciding, “Let’s go see what’s over there.” ❤️

Think family-friendly destinations, road trips, attractions, hikes and outdoor adventures, travel tips, things to do with kids, and plenty of little gems we discover along the way.
Some places will be close to home. Some will take us much farther.
But wherever we go, I'll bring you along.
One thing I've learned since becoming a parent is that exploring with kids looks a little different. 😂
There are snack breaks, bathroom stops, tired little legs, unexpected detours, and plans that don't always go according to plan.
But there are also those moments when they see something for the first time, and you get to experience it all over again through them.
Those are the moments I want more of.
And hopefully, by sharing what we discover along the way, I can make planning some of those moments a little easier for another family too.
