Welcome back to my little corner of the internet. Today’s post is a special one as I’m celebrating my sweet boy, Tade, who turned 4 today, the 4th of October. A fall birthday, on the 4th day of the month, felt extra special this year 🍂💙
We leaned fully into the fall vibes with a mini photo session at the North Glenmore Park ahead of his big day, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. The leaves were starting to change, the air felt crisp, and everything had that cozy golden glow that only fall brings. My husband took the photos, and I love how they turned out. There’s just something about fall photos that feels timeless.
On his actual birthday, he celebrated at his daycare surrounded by his friends and all things dinosaurs. It was a dino-themed day filled with party treats, cake, and lots of roaring. He truly lived up to his Tade-saurus nickname and enjoyed every single moment 🦖
Watching him grow has been both beautiful and bittersweet. The years are flying by, but I love seeing the little person he’s becoming. Curious, kind, funny, and full of life. He brings so much joy into our home, and I’m endlessly thankful for him.
My prayer for my sweet boy this year is simple. That he continues to grow with joy, confidence, and curiosity. That he feels deeply loved, protected, and free to explore the world around him. And that this new year brings him countless happy moments and gentle lessons along the way
